You can see the status of the tasks which we are cooperating about and you get direct access to your Account Manager by chat and/or e-mail. Further more you have easy and quick access to the usergroups and projectrooms you have joined.

The customer portal is available to customers every day from 7.00 to 24.00. Outside officehours of EDB Gruppen which is monday to thursday from 8.00 to 16.30 and friday from 8.00 to 15.30, problems experienced will be taken care of the next day during normal officehours.

How to get startet
Contact your Account Manager on +45 70 13 22 11 and get access to the customer portal and get a password. Then experience your customer portal.
